Role Summary
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to keep our day-to-day technology operations running smoothly across the office. This is a hands-on role covering IT infrastructure, end-user support, office technology, and IT asset management.
You’ll be responsible for keeping our IT environment reliable and secure — from laptops, network equipment, and identity access to meeting room AV, CCTV, door access, and VoIP systems. You’ll also work closely with local and regional teams, vendors, Procurement, and the GA team to support a smooth and productive workplace.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily IT operations, including incident handling, troubleshooting, changes, escalations, and end-user support.
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory, laptop setup and configuration, software installation, upgrades, maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding support.
Maintain and administer workplace applications and access, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 / Office 365, as well as user identity and access management.
Support office network infrastructure, including MikroTik, UniFi, and manageable switches, covering setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Support office technology and meeting infrastructure, including VoIP, AV conferencing, CCTV, and door access systems.
Manage IT procurement and local IT vendors, including identifying equipment requirements, sourcing and purchasing IT assets with Procurement, coordinating vendors, and evaluating vendor performance.
Ensure IT operations and data handling comply with applicable legal, security, and company requirements, and conduct IT training to improve employees’ awareness and understanding of IT systems.
Work closely with the GA team on office IT, facilities, and basic infrastructure requirements, including power capacity considerations for workstations, pantry areas, server rooms, and other office spaces.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or a similar role.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in IT operations, asset management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Good understanding of network infrastructure, with practical experience using MikroTik, UniFi Access Points, and manageable switches.
Experience supporting workplace IT systems, including Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Jira, Confluence, identity and access management, and VoIP.
Familiarity with office technology and infrastructure, including AV conferencing, CCTV, door access, and basic electrical requirements.
Experience with IT procurement and vendor management, including sourcing IT assets, coordinating purchases with Procurement, and evaluating vendor performance.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment and collaborating with regional teams and other functions, including GA.
Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Comfortable working predominantly from the office, with flexibility based on business needs.
Nice to Have
Experience with broader IT infrastructure, server rooms, racks, UPS systems, or similar environments.
Experience with office electrical infrastructure and basic electrical load or power capacity planning.
Experience supporting IT operations in a fintech, technology, or other fast-paced corporate environment.
