Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Corporate Finance & Strategy team, along with CEO and product heads to formulate and execute the M&A strategy for the Company

  • Support deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models

  • Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis

  • Perform due diligence, research and analysis on M&A transactions

  • Assist in origination, structuring and targeting of new M&A deals

  • Prepare business presentations and analysis on strategic corporate initiatives

  • Prepare industry research in the fintech space

  • Other relevant ad hoc projects as needed

Desired Skill Sets and Attributes

  • Able to commit to a Full-Time internship of 6 months starting from August/September 2026

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant internship experience preferred

  • Genuine interest in M&A and fintech sector

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment

  • Capable of delivering results while working under tight deadlines

  • High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail

  • Comfort reading and interpreting financial statements

  • Good computer skills including MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Bloomberg terminal

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment

  • Strong ability to work independently and to manage internal and external deadlines.
