Key Responsibilities
Work with the Corporate Finance & Strategy team, along with CEO and product heads to formulate and execute the M&A strategy for the Company
Support deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models
Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
Perform due diligence, research and analysis on M&A transactions
Assist in origination, structuring and targeting of new M&A deals
Prepare business presentations and analysis on strategic corporate initiatives
Prepare industry research in the fintech space
Other relevant ad hoc projects as needed
Desired Skill Sets and Attributes
Able to commit to a Full-Time internship of 6 months starting from August/September 2026
Bachelor’s degree with relevant internship experience preferred
Genuine interest in M&A and fintech sector
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment
Capable of delivering results while working under tight deadlines
High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
Comfort reading and interpreting financial statements
Good computer skills including MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Bloomberg terminal
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-based environment
Strong ability to work independently and to manage internal and external deadlines.
