About the Role

Support the design and implementation of a robust treasury framework across the Group. The role focuses on improving cash visibility, strengthening treasury governance, optimizing banking structures, and establishing standardized processes for cash management and bank account administration. You will be reporting to the Head, Finance.

Job Description

  • Review and optimize bank account structures and banking arrangements across the Group.

  • Develop and document treasury policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Establish and maintain a centralized register of bank accounts, signatories, mandates, and user access.

  • Implement reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility of corporate funds, client funds, and payments in transit.

  • Develop and enhance cash reporting and cash flow forecasting processes.

  • Support monthly cash reporting and reconciliations for Finance.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen treasury governance and operational efficiency.

  • Liaise with banking partners and internal stakeholders to implement treasury initiatives.

  • Support treasury-related audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.

Key Deliverables

  • Treasury policies, procedures, and governance framework.

  • Centralized bank account and signatory register.

  • Enhanced cash visibility and reporting framework.

  • Cash flow forecasting model.

  • Bank account rationalization recommendations.

  • Improved treasury controls and operating processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Finance, or process improvement projects.

  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity reporting, and cash flow forecasting.

  • Experience with bank account administration and treasury controls.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
