About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Engineering Intern to help build the technical foundation of our marketing and sales engine. This role is designed for someone who has a background in engineering but is energized by driving business results. You will be building AI-driven systems that help us scale our reach across both SMB and Enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities
AI Build & Deployment: Design and ship internal AI agents to automate high-touch marketing and sales workflows.
Stack Ownership: Help manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, ensuring data flows seamlessly between our CRM and our automation tools.
Data Architecture: Maintain and clean our lead and customer data pipelines to ensure our targeting remains accurate.
Market Intelligence: Build scrapers or LLM-based tools to monitor market signals, such as job postings, news, or financial filings, to identify new opportunities.
Experimentation: Rapidly prototype new growth ideas and measurement tools to see what drives the most revenue.
Example Projects
You will own technical builds that have a direct impact on our revenue engine. Potential projects include:
AI Build & Deployment: Design and ship internal AI agents to automate high-touch marketing workflows like weekly newsletters, ABM builds and content calendars
Market Intelligence: Build scrapers or LLM-based tools to monitor market signals and competitive intelligence (job postings, news, or financial filings)
Automated Research Agent: Build a tool that pulls data from various sources to help our sales team understand account-level pain points instantly and personalises a sales kit suited for each account.
Smart Prospecting Pipeline: Develop an AI-driven workflow that monitors intent signals and drafts relevant outreach for the SMB market.
Lead Quality Engine: Create a machine learning model or LLM-based classifier to replace manual lead scoring, ensuring the sales team only focuses on high-intent opportunities.
Data Architecture: Maintain and clean our lead and customer data pipelines to ensure our targeting remains accurate.
Experimentation: Rapidly prototype new growth ideas and measurement tools to see what drives the most revenue.
Desired Skill Set and Attributes
The Hybrid Mindset: You have a passion for business growth and a disciplined engineering approach to solving problems.
Technical Foundation: Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. You should be comfortable with Python/Node.js, SQL, Claude Code , Clay, vector databases, n8n, Make and working with APIs.
Execution: You prefer building a tool that solves a problem forever rather than manually fixing it twice.
Why Us?
You will be shaping our internal AI infrastructure for the entire marketing function.
You will have access to a dream AI stack (e.g., Clay, LangChain, Pinecone, Make) to experiment with and deploy solutions.
This internship has the potential to convert into a permanent position based on your performance and the impact of your builds.
