About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the development of its FX trading platform, focusing on aggregation, execution, position management, and platform reliability. This role is suited for candidates from Product Control or SRE/Backend Engineering backgrounds, working at the intersection of trading, engineering, and product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development of the FX aggregation and pricing engine

  • Assist in liquidity provider integrations (FIX / API connectivity, quote handling)

  • Partner with engineering on real-time streaming, system reliability, and latency optimisation

  • Own and enhance position management, warehousing, and position aggregation

  • Support P&L calculation, reconciliation, and analysis

  • Build SQL-based reporting and diagnostics

  • Monitor and improve execution quality (slippage, fill rates, rejects, latency)

  • Contribute to client execution workflows (streaming, RFQ, FX spot and derivatives)

  • Support client-specific solutioning and trade structuring

  • Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product control, SRE, backend engineering, or technical product roles

  • Understanding of FX products (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs) or willingness to learn

  • Familiarity with real-time systems, APIs, or FIX protocol

  • Working knowledge of SQL

  • Experience with trading platforms or financial systems

  • Understanding of execution quality, liquidity providers, and pricing

  • Exposure to position management or risk systems

  • Independent learner comfortable with fast pace and ambiguity

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance

  • Interest in end-to-end trading systems
