About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our ASEAN Client Solutions Team. This dynamic role involves engaging and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to grow revenues and profits.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • End-to-end black-box and grey-box testing across all product lines

  • Own QA strategy, test coverage standards, and release sign-off criteria

  • Modernise test automation — retire Python 2/Selenium, introduce AI-assisted frameworks

Observability & Monitoring

  • Build and own end-to-end system monitoring across Grafana, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch

  • Rationalise alert taxonomy — eliminate noise, ensure only actionable alerts reach the team

  • Define and track SLIs/SLOs across production environments

Incident Management & RCA

  • Lead incident response, war rooms, and post-mortems

  • Extend the AI-powered RCA platform to reduce mean time to root cause

  • Maintain and improve operational runbooks

Production BCP Testing

  • Plan and execute BCP tests covering failover, DR, and recovery scenarios

  • Produce MAS TRM-aligned evidence for regulatory audits

Partner & Client Integration Support

  • Onboard liquidity providers and run conformance testing

  • Support enterprise clients through API integration from sandbox to production

  • Act as technical escalation bridge between clients and engineering

Internal & External User Support

  • Handle product queries from internal operations and external users

  • Build self-service tooling and LLM-powered first-response automation to reduce support load on engineering

Team Leadership (Progressive)

  • Coach and upskill a team of junior engineers.

  • Drive the team off legacy tooling toward AI-augmented workflows

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 8 - 10 years of prior experience as SRE in FinTech / Tech Industries

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).

  • Knowledge of Python, Java, or Unix/Bash scripting.

  • Strong customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cucumber.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS Cloud.

  • Knowledge of AI, Grafana, Prometheus are added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
