About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate/Junior Manager, Client Solutions to join our Capital Markets Client Solutions team in Singapore. This is a sales hunting role focused on new client acquisition across financial institutions, fintechs, brokers, exchanges, asset managers, trading firms, and digital asset players. The successful candidate will be responsible for building pipeline, engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, supporting commercial discussions, and driving clients from initial outreach through to onboarding and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound prospecting and new business development across the Capital Markets client segment
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through research, referrals, events, LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
Identify, map, and engage key decision makers across target accounts
Conduct client discovery to understand business models, FX/payment flows, pain points, and commercial potential
Position M-DAQ’s FX and payments solutions to prospective clients
Manage client meetings, proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
Work with internal product, treasury, compliance, operations, onboarding, and client experience teams to move opportunities to go-live
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new revenue opportunities
Take ownership of sales activity, pipeline conversion, and revenue contribution from new client acquisition
Desired Skill Set and Attributes
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, relationship management, or client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, payments, FX, capital markets or digital assets
Strong interest and good understanding of FX solutions (vanilla & derivative), cross-border payments, treasury workflows, or digital asset market structure.
Commercially driven, target-oriented, resilient and resourceful individual who is comfortable with outbound sales and new client acquisition
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging external stakeholders and ability to handle cold outreach and rejection
Good understanding of institutional or corporate sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding
Analytical, organized, proactive, and disciplined in managing follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales activity tracking
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems such as HubSpot, and sales engagement tools will be an advantage
