About the Role
We are seeking a Periodic Review Analyst on a contract basis to support customer periodic review activities and ensure existing customer records remain accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This project-based role focuses on conducting periodic reviews of customer profiles, performing ongoing due diligence, and identifying any information gaps that require remediation or updates.
The successful candidate will perform detailed KYC/CDD reviews, validate customer information and supporting documentation, assess customer risk profiles, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all review requirements are completed within the required timelines. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are essential for maintaining review trackers, preparing reports, and supporting the successful delivery of the periodic review project.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in the review of client files during periodic KYC reviews, including gathering and verifying key information such as ownership structure, business activities, and risk factors.
• Supporting the assessment of client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Conducting name screening and basic due diligence searches using internal and external tools.
• Liaising with internal teams to obtain missing or additional client information where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to client profiles in accordance with company procedures.
• Assisting with ad-hoc compliance projects, data clean-up exercises, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Group Head or Team Lead.
