About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the full spectrum of HR operations across our regional offices.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to engagement and offboarding.
This is a 1-year contract role, with potential for conversion to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in preparing HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, letters, confirmations)
Support payroll processing including benefits and training administration, claims and maintain accurate payroll records
Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communications
Assist in coordinating training sessions and internal learning initiatives, track training attendance and maintain learning records
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
Maintain data accuracy in HR system (BIPO)
Support preparation of HR reports (e.g., headcount, hiring, attrition)
Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Act as a point of contact for basic HR-related queries
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Prior experience in a generalist capacity
Proven experience with HRIS implementations, system migrations, or process automation initiatives
Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Familiarity with BIPO is a plus
