About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support the Group's strategic planning, corporate finance and corporate development activities by driving business planning, financial analysis, strategic initiatives, transformation programmes and M&A projects. The role partners closely with senior management and business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, support value creation initiatives, and provide financial and strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development and execution of the Group's corporate strategy, strategic priorities and long-term growth plans.

  • Coordinate annual strategic planning, OKR management and business performance review processes across functions and geographies.

  • Prepare strategic presentations, management reports and business updates for senior management, Board and Head Office.

Corporate Finance

  • Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts and long-range business plans.

  • Develop and maintain 3-year to 5-year financial models and strategic plans to support business growth and investment decisions.

  • Monitor business performance against budget, forecast and strategic targets, and provide actionable insights to management.

  • Perform profitability analysis, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and business case evaluations.

  • Perform cash flow forecasting and cash management to optimize liquidity, support funding requirements, and ensure effective working capital management.

  • Support capital allocation, investment appraisal and resource prioritization across business initiatives.

Corporate Development

  • Evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, joint ventures and acquisition opportunities.

  • Support end-to-end M&A execution including target screening, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction execution.

  • Coordinate commercial, financial and operational due diligence workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), acquisition accounting and post-merger integration activities.

  • Monitor synergy realization and post-acquisition value creation initiatives.

Governance & Executive Support

  • Provide secretariat support to Management Committees and strategic steering committees.

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, minutes and action trackers.

  • Support senior management with strategic analyses, special projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Corporate Finance, Strategy or related discipline.

  • CFA, CPA, CA or MBA qualification will be an advantage.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Consulting, Transaction Advisory or Corporate Development.

  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical capabilities.

  • Experience in financial modelling, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

  • Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and corporate development activities is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.

  • Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and automation, with the ability to identify technology-enabled opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
