About the Role
As a B2B Marketing (Content & Growth), you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth through impactful content and marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for creating and localizing content across multiple channels, supporting customer engagement campaigns, and contributing to demand generation efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help translate business objectives into compelling marketing communications that strengthen M-DAQ's market presence and support revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about content marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, adapt, and localize content for owned and paid channels, including social media, blogs, videos, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Develop engaging content that aligns with business objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
Support customer marketing and retention initiatives by executing campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth from existing customers, primarily through marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
Manage and coordinate marketing operations activities, including campaign tracking, website analytics monitoring, reporting, and marketing collateral procurement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support demand generation activities, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Assist with event execution, including vendor coordination, booth setup, sales enablement materials, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging content formats to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, or other digital platforms.
Video editing skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
Knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and content optimization strategies.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
Prior experience in the fintech industry or with a marketing agency is a strong advantage.
