About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst, Corp Finance & External Relations to support the Group Head of Finance and senior management in driving the Group's strategic growth initiatives. The role will provide exposure to corporate strategy, financial planning, fundraising, investments, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate development, investor engagement, and business performance management.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership on strategic projects, transaction evaluation, financial modelling, and corporate decision-making across the Group.
Job Description
Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
Build financial models, valuations, business cases, and investment analyses.
Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and financing opportunities.
Conduct market research, due diligence, and competitor analysis.
Prepare 3–5-year financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
Monitor business performance and provide financial insights to management.
Prepare Board papers, investor presentations, management reports, and business updates.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on strategic projects and transactions.
Support shareholder and investor engagement activities.
Manage project documentation and virtual data rooms where required.
Facilitate and assist in shareholder and investor engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Development, Strategy, or FP&A preferred.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and financial statements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
