Each employee will work with their managers and peers to develop a personal training roadmap, allowing them to access a variety of learning opportunities, including external courses and on-the-job training. Ensuring a Greener Future - Our Net-Zero Commitment

One of our core projects, amp aims to help businesses and individuals gain better access to financial services. Amp enables SMEs to offer Earned Wage Access to their employees, allowing them to access their earned wages on demand, instead of waiting for the end of their pay cycle, providing extra liquidity benefits. Employees will be empowered to manage their salaries autonomously to meet their individual needs such as paying bills, addressing emergency spendings, and crafting personal saving strategies.

Ensuring a Greener Future -
Our Net-Zero Commitment

We aim to achieve net-zero emissions for scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions by the end of 2023. Despite being a relatively low carbon emitter, we believe that the fight against climate change is a global responsibility that everyone must play a part, and every effort counts. To attain this goal, we're focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and sustainable practices.

Additionally, we're exploring ways to measure and manage scope 3 emissions, which encompass our entire value chain. These efforts reflect our strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, showcasing our dedication to creating a greener future.

As of October 2023, given our continuous efforts in tracking the organisation's carbon emissions, we are delighted to have successfully achieved the LowCarbonSG logo under the LowCarbonSG programme, helmed by UN Global Compact Network Singapore, and supported by the National Environment Agency and Enterprise Singapore. We see this milestone as the beginning of a continuous decarbonisation journey.
