Talent Acquisition Specialist



Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer and negotiation of salary package
  • Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities
  • Working with the business to work out on hiring plans
  • Proactive talent pipelining
  • Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions and CVs
  • Proactively drive recruitment activity by seeking out new and improved ways to source top talent

Desired Skill Set and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related, with ideally at least 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience from a startup, technology or fintech sector
  • Strong understanding of technical jargons
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Must be a team player, someone who is unconcerned with titles and hierarchy in our flat organisational structure.
  • Ability to work hard and under pressure
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Always thinking of ways to improve current system
  • Willing to spend significant amount of time understanding the business

This is a 1 year contract position subjected to renewal/convertible
