Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer and negotiation of salary package
- Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities
- Working with the business to work out on hiring plans
- Proactive talent pipelining
- Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions and CVs
- Proactively drive recruitment activity by seeking out new and improved ways to source top talent
Desired Skill Set and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related, with ideally at least 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience from a startup, technology or fintech sector
- Strong understanding of technical jargons
- Meticulous and analytical
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
- Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

This is a 1 year contract position subjected to renewal/convertible
