Scrum Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define/review user stories and acceptance criteria
• Build/review use cases and test cases in plain English, Cucumber and Google Robot framework
• Understand business direction/priority, and manage backlog priority accordingly
• Work to turnover high quality releases
• Make yourself highly approachable by developers, making sure developers don’t start coding with uncertainty
• Make yourself highly approachable by QA testers, making sure testers are clear about new features to be tested
• Make yourself highly approachable by business stakeholders, making sure they are satisfied with quality of each sprint or collecting any feedback on time

Requirements

• Decent business savvy in the financial trading (FX or Equity), or in E-Commerce with ability to make sound decisions quickly
• Ability to show strong commitment to delivery with quality, by doing whatever is necessary to build the best product possible
• Ability to manage backlog
• Strong teamwork and leadership to run a sprint team consisting of developers and QA.
• Excellent communication skills for working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond
• Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
