Human Resources Generalist (Recruitment)

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will add value by providing support in talent acquisition and other HR operational areas. Concurrently, you will gain valuable industry and functional expertise and experience and the opportunity to collaborate across departments and with key stakeholders.

 

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Assist in HR processes related to the employee lifecycle i.e. onboarding, training & development, retention engagement and offboarding
  • Assist in HR processes related to the employee lifecycle i.e. onboarding, training & development, retention engagement and offboarding
  • Assist in overseeing and keeping up-to-date employee records in HRIS system
  • Assist in administering regular performance reviews
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Talent Acquisition Ops

  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which includes candidate sourcing, facilitating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing salary offers, employment contracts and onboarding orientation
  • Support on the execution of workforce planning strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Manage internship programs and career fairs
  • Proactively drive recruitment activities by seeking new and improved ways to source top talents for non-tech and tech positions
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions on company careers website and various job portals
  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related administrative matters
  • Support onboarding activities of new hires and conduct onboarding orientation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a high growth environment
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach, supported by a high level of energy and attention to detail
  • Able to analyse and present information in a clear, concise, and coherent manner
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting and teamwork skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment practices and industry trends in Singapore
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix and fast-paced environment
  • Strong working proficiency of MS Office suite and content creation tools will be an advantage
