Human Resources Associate, M-DAQ
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will add value by providing strategic and operational supports to HR functions, with a focus on talent development. Concurrently, you will also gain valuable industry and function expertise and experience and have opportunity to collaborate across departments and with the key stakeholders. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development (TD)
- Assist in diagnosing, designing, and developing appropriate TD programs in line with business strategy
- Coordinate and organize TD activities, and maintain TD Portal
- Develop and manage collaboration with TD stakeholders internally & externally
- Select and source for better TD solutions based on business demand
- Assess TD efforts, collect TD feedbacks, and prepare periodical and ad-hoc reporting
HR Operations
- Assist in the broad spectrum of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement and organisational culture development
- Assist in employee records and systems update and maintenance
- Assist in employment contracts and other HR Ops documents
- Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related administrative matters
- Assist in administering regular performance reviews
- Perform any other tasks or services as required
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
- Strategy-oriented and result-driven mindset, with sound business acumen
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), able to analyse and present information in a clear, concise, and coherent manner
- Basic to advanced knowledge of local labour law and government regulations
- Strong aptitude to learn and adapt quickly and proactively
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic & fast-paced environment where quality and speed are of essence
- Able to deliver as an effective team player as well as a resourceful independent contributor
- Strong working proficiency of MS Office suite and content creation tools will be an advantage
- Relevant and quality internship experience and/or academic project in TD will be a plus
