Key Responsibilities

• Work with GM of Corporate Finance & Strategy, along with CEO and product heads to formulate and execute the M&A strategy for the Company
• Perform due diligence, research and analysis on live transactions
• Assist in origination, structuring and targeting of new M&A deals
• Prepare business presentations, financial models, and analysis on strategic corporate initiatives
• Prepare industry research in the fintech space
• Provide analysis on prospective M&A targets

Desired Skill Set and Attributes

• At least two years of undergraduate studies in Finance, Business, Management, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical MS Excel & Powerpoint skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
• Strong ability to work independently and to manage internal and external deadlines.
• Pro-active, dynamic individuals with a keen curiosity to learn will find this role rewarding
