Client Solutions Manager
Singapore
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our ASEAN Client Solutions Team. This role will be based in Singapore. As part of this dynamic role, you will engage and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to create more business opportunities.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all client accounts are properly managed and serviced.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage existing clients and support acquisition of new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments and assess fit for company’s products and solutions.
- Adopt a consultative approach through the sales engagement process and be the domain expert for the Online Travel / Merchant Acquiring / Payments sector.
- Develop effective proposals and maintain technical and commercial awareness of the firm’s capabilities and our value proposition to client.
- Identify strategic product development opportunities and work with the relevant stakeholders to enhance our capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-geography teams.
Desired Skill Set and Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience within Online Travel / Merchant Acquiring / Payments sector.
- Well-versed in domain areas like FX, Cash Management or Payments will be favorably viewed upon.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and can navigate complex commercial discussions.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully securing business opportunities.
- Detail oriented, resourceful and a self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative.
- Professional written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
